Return and Exchange Policy
At Divine, all our products are made to order once the purchase is completed. This means that each item is created especially for you and is not part of a general stock.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, design, or change of mind.
These types of products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16.c), as they are clearly considered personalized.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will ask for a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the affected item.
After reviewing the case, we can offer you either a full refund or a free replacement shipment, whichever you prefer.
It is important not to return the product without first contacting us and receiving clear instructions.
